囊肿合并肾癌

Carcinorna in renal cyst CARC

目的 :探讨囊肿合并肾癌的诊断和治疗。方法 :总结 1990～ 2 0 0 0年 2 38例肾囊肿患者资料 ,对 11例肾囊肿合并肾细胞癌者的资料分析。结果 :术前明确诊断者 8例 ,术中诊断 3例。全部行肾癌根治术 ,术后 ,患者随访l～ 2年未见复发。结论 :B超发现肾囊肿增长过快或囊内有病变时应行CT检查 ,怀疑肾囊肿合并肾癌时作手术探查。

Objecitve: To study the diagnosis and treatment of carcinoma in renal cyst. Method: From 1990 to 2000, 238 cases of renal cyst treated were reviewed of which RCC were found in 11. Results: Carcinoma in renal cyst has been diagnosed before operation in 8 and during the operation in the other 3. Radical nephrectomy was undertaken for 11. Conclusions: If the renal cyst increased in size rapidly, or the cysticwall was nodular on ultrasonography or the cystic fluid was bloody, CT scan is mandatory. If CARC has been suspecteds open surgical exploration should be undertaken.
