改良式横切口剖宫产术的术式探讨

Investigation of the section model of improvement model transverse incision cesarean section

目的 :探讨改良式横切口剖宫产术的术式。方法 :改良式横切口剖宫产 178例 ,传统横切口剖宫产 4 2例 ,直切口剖宫产 54例 ,新式剖宫产 68例 ,分别记录 4组病例术中情况和术后情况 ,进行分析比较。结果 :改良组与新式组相比无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5) ,与传统组和直切口组相比 ,手术时间缩短、术后排气时间提前、术中出血减少、术后病率降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :改良式横切口剖宫产术减少了手术步骤和组织损伤 ,缩短了手术时间 ,术中出血少 ,术后肠蠕动恢复快 ,术后病率低 ,手术瘢痕美观 ,更易被接受。

Objective: To investigate the section model of cesarean section of improvement model transverse incision. Methods: 178 patients with cesarean section of improvement model transverse incision, 42 patients with cesarean section of traditional model transverse incision, 54 patients with cesarean section of straight incision, 68 patients with new ideas cesarean section. Record operative and postoperative condition of four group cases with separately, carry on analysis or contrast. Results: There is no difference compare between improvement group and new ideas group (p>0.05), Compare traditional group and straight incision group, shorten the time of operation, the time of postoperative discharge wind is earlier, a small amount of hemorrhage in operation, postoperative morbidity is low(all the P<0.01). Conclusion: The cesarean section of improvement model transverse incision reduce operative step and tissue damaged, shorten the time of operation, a small amount of hemorrhage in operation, postoperative intestines wriggling regain earlier, postoperative morbidity is low, operative scar is beautiful, it' s even more accepting.
