科素亚对原发性高血压左心室肥厚的影响

Effect of cozaar on the left ventricular hypertrophy in essential hypertension

目的 :观察科素亚的降压疗效及对原发性高血压左心室肥厚的影响。方法 :56例原发性高血压患者口服科素亚 50～ 10 0mg ,每天l次 ,治疗 8周 ,记录科素亚治疗EH患者的降压效果 ,用超声心动图测量LVH患者左心室肥厚的改善情况。结果 :科素亚可使血压平稳下降且左室质量指素较治疗前减低 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :科素亚能有效控制血压 ,并对LVH有逆转作用。

Objective: To investigate the antihypertensive effect of Cozaar and Its effects on reducing Left ventricular hypertrophy inessential the hypertension (EH). Methods : 56 patients with EH weregiven cozaar 50～100mg once daily for 8 weeks. The bloodpressure was recorded after 8 weeks treatment.Comparsion of thicknrss ofventricle by heart Doppler ultrasound was made at the same time.Result : After 8 weeks of therapy and the left ventricular mass indices were reduced (p<0.05). Conclusion:cozaar treatment not only decreased the hypertension,But also remodel the hypertrophiedventricle.
