摘要 目的研究情境教学法在医学英语教学实践中的效果。方法以实习学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组及对照组,实验组引入情境教学法,对照组不经干预,经过一周泌尿外科英语学习后,进行单词抽测,并进行满意度调查,结果通过情境教学法的引入,实验组测试成绩得分89±5分,对教学方法的方法的满意度得分9±2分;对照组测试成绩得分64±9分,对教学方法的方法的满意度得分5±1分。实验组较对照组在单词记忆的速度、准度都有了大幅度的提高,遗忘率低,且学生的学习体验和兴趣都有明显提升。结论情境教学法是一种有效的学习方式,应在泌尿外科英语教学中应推广。 Objective To study the effect of situational teaching in the practice of medical English teaching. Methods The intern students were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. The situational teaching was performed in the experimental group. The control group was not interfered. After a week of learning, a test for vocabulary was carried out along with a survey concerning satisfaction. Results Through the introduction of the situational teaching, the experimental group was improved greatly in term of the memory speed and accuracy compared with the control group, and the rate of forgetting was much lower, and the students' interest and experience in learning had improved ~significantly. Conclusion Situational teaching is an effective way of learning English and should be promoted widely.
