摘要
由于地铁建设对经济增长的强烈拉动效应,地铁枢纽站附近往往在建或待建大量密集的高大建筑群,所带来的超大、超深基坑开挖问题越来越多。结合正在建设中的上海世纪大都会2-3地块项目,开展相关的分析和研究工作,明确了施工风险的识别和过程中的控制,确保了超深基坑的施工安全,以及对运营中地铁枢纽的保护,也为今后类似的项目施工提供借鉴和参考。
Because of the metro construction having a great pulling effect on the economic growth, the dense tall buildings are under construction or are to be built near the metro hub, which have brought about more and more ultra-large and ultra-deep foundation pit excavation problems. Combined with the ＂Century Metropolis＂ project at 2-3 block, the relevant analysis and research have been carried out to clarify the recognition of construction risks and their corresponding risk control in process, to ensure the safety of the ultra-deep foundation pit construction and the protection of the metro hub operations, and also to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
