腹股沟原发性ALK阳性间变大细胞淋巴瘤一例

摘要 ALK阳性间变大细胞淋巴瘤是临床上少见的疾病，特别是原发性的病例更是罕见，笔者在临床实践中诊治1例腹股沟原发性ALK阳性间变大细胞淋巴瘤1例，报道如下： 1病例简介 患者男性，49岁，因“发现右腹股沟包块10年，发热、腹痛、腹胀10＋d”于2010年2月11日入院。患者十多年前无明显诱因下出现右腹股沟一包块，为球形，当时直径约2 cm，未予注意，一直以来肿物逐渐增大，但是非常缓慢。10＋d前患者出现右下腹部疼痛，发热，体温最高达40℃，在某一市医院就诊，考虑“阑尾周围脓肿”，
