严重继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症治疗1例 被引量：3

摘要 继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进（secondary hyperparathyroidism，SHPT）是慢性肾衰竭患者常见的并发症，并且严重影响患者的生活质量。研究显示：严重的SHPT与患者的不良预后相关。因此，早期监测，及时、有效的治疗是十分重要的。对于药物难以控制的SHPT则需要手术治疗。现报告1例终末期肾脏病血液透析患者合并SHPT的治疗经过，以提高对这一并发症的认识。
