Minimally invasive spinal surgery techniques most in use and the process of their evolution have been mentioned in this paper. Meanwhile, percutaneous and endoscopic techniques which are among minimally invasive spinal surgery field have been briefly introduced for their clinic features and values. Present situation and prospects in future of these techniques have been discussed as well.
