磁共振成像技术在泌尿系梗阻中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨磁共振水成像技术在泌尿系梗阻中的临床应用价值。方法 采用重T2加权快速自旋回波序列 (FSE)加脂肪抑制技术作磁共振尿路造影 (MRU)120例 ,其中75例尿路梗阻患者获手术或病理证实。所有图像均作最大信号强度投影 (MIP)处理。结果75例均清楚显示了泌尿集合系统高质量的图像 ,明确了梗阻的部位与程度。结论 磁共振水成像技术不用X射线与碘造影剂 ,是一种可靠的、无创性的检查方法 ,对泌尿系梗阻具有良好的诊断价值 ,为临床提供了一种可选择的、有应用价值的泌尿系影像检查新方法。 Objective To evaluate the application of magnetic resonance urography (MRU) in urinary tract obstruction. Methods 120 patients were examined with MRU and 75 of them were confirmed by operation or pathology. MRU was obtained with a heavily T2 weighted fast spin-echo pulse sequence and fat suppression pulse aid. Results The site and extent of urinary tract obstruction were distinctly shown by MRU. The various anatomic anomalies were also depicted well. Conclusion MRU is a reliable, noninvasive method for depicting the urinary tract obstruction, and may provide an alternative to more conventional urinary tract imaging techniques.
