口服幽门螺杆菌苗免疫小鼠后胃粘膜的免疫应答 被引量:5

摘要 目的观测 Hp全菌抗原和粘膜佐剂 L T口服免疫 Balb/ c小鼠后的胃肠粘膜免疫反应。方法采用 EL ISPOT法检测了胃粘膜、肠粘膜相关淋巴组织 PP结抗原特异性形成细胞 (AFC)。结果抗原免疫组、抗原 +佐剂组胃肠粘膜抗原特异性 s Ig A- AFC、Ig G- AFC数量明显增加 ,尤以 s Ig A- AFC为甚 ,并且抗原 +佐剂组明显高于单纯抗原组和对照组。结论口服菌苗可有效诱导胃肠道粘膜免疫应答 ,局部 s Ig A可能在抗 ObjectiveTo study the mucosa immune responses of gastric and intestinal mucosa in Balb/c mice administered orally with Hp sonicate and mucosal adjuvant(LT).MethodsThe changes of antigen specific AFC in gastric and intestinal mucosa were detected by ELISPOT assay. ResultsThe numbers of sIgA and IgG AFC rise significantly in PP and gastric mucosa, especially the numbers of sIgA AFC, significant differences were observed between two immunized groups and the control. ConclusionsLocally synthesized specific sIgA antibodies contribute to immunity against gastric helicobacter infection.
