新疆散杂居塔吉克族经济社会发展问题研究

On the Socio-Economic Development of the Tajik Living in Scattered Areas in Xinjiang

由于新疆散杂居塔吉克族居住区生态地理环境恶劣,交通闭塞,乡村基础设施薄弱,产业结构单一,缺乏人才及市场竞争意识,文化卫生教育事业发展相对落后,较严重影响和制约了新疆散杂居塔吉克族经济的发展。因此必须解放思想,打破传统生产观念的束缚;加大财政投入;大力发展特色、生态农牧业;加大结构调整和劳务输出力度;全面提升农牧民教育文化素质,以推动散杂居塔吉克族地区经济社会又好又快发展。

The socio-economic development of the Tajik living in scattered areas in Xinjiang has beenseverely constrained due to the harsh geo-ecological environment, the blocking traffic, the weak rural in-frastructure facilities, the single industrial structure, the lack of professionals and market competitiveness,and the relatively backward of the cultural, health and education development. To promote and ensurea quick, healthy socio-economic development in these areas, we must shake off the bind of the traditionalproduction ideas by emancipating our minds, increase financial investment, strive to develop featured, eco-logical agriculture and husbandry, vigorously adjust structures and intensify labor service export, and upliftcomprehensively the education qualities of the Tajik people.
