摘要
G- 细菌的脂多糖 (L PS)是重要的病原体相关模式分子。PAMPs均可被动物作为外来分子进行识别。L PS能激发机体细胞因子 IL- 1、TNF- α等活性分子的合成 ,对感染具有十分重要的作用。L PS是通过什么受体怎样将信号传入免疫细胞并启动免疫反应的 ,人们一直都不十分清楚。近年来 ,一种名为 Toll蛋白的发现 ,使人们对机体识别 L PS机制的认识向前跨进了一大步。
Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Gram negative bacteria is an important pathogen associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) They can be detected as exogenous molecules LPS plays an important role in infection and trigger innate immune response But it is not well known how it works Unveiling of Toll like receptors, a type Ⅰ transmembrane protein, has made a great progress in understanding the mechanism of recognition of LPS Here, we try to introduce recent research advances of this potential pattern recognition receptors(PRR)
