RPH术联合消痔灵注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of the Internal RectalProlapse by RPH combine Injection of Xiao Zhiling

目的研究自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)联合消痔灵注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的临床疗效。方法采用RPH联合消痔灵注射术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂31例(治疗组),与单纯应用消痔灵注射术治疗30例(对照组)相比较,观察两组在总有效率、术后并发症(肛门坠胀、出血、尿潴留)及3个月后随访复发情况,评价其治疗效果。结果在术后并发症方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在总有效率及3个月后随访复发情况方面,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RPH联合消痔灵注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂临床效果确切,有疗效高、复发率低等优点。

Objective To observe the efficacy of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids （RPH） combining injection of Xiao Zhiling in the treatment of the Internal Rectal Prolapse. Methods Thirty one patients with the internal rectal prolapse was treated by RPH combining injection of Xiao Zhiling in the treatment group, and the injection of Xiao Zhiling was applicated in 30 patients from the control group. The total effective rate, the postoperative complications （anal belly, bleeding and urinary retention） and the therapeutic effects in 3 months were observed. Results There is no significant difference in terms of postoperative complications between the two groups （ P〉0.05）, while the total effective rate and recurrence in the 3month follow up were significant difference between two groups （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion RPH combining injection of Xiao Zhiling in the treatment of the internal rectal prolapse is precise, and it is easy to operate, less pain, high curative effect and low recurrence rate.
