Complications of phacoemulsification during the transition period

目的 分析向超声乳化白内障摘出术过渡过程中并发症的发生率和相关危险因素 ,并探讨其预防及处理方法。方法 回顾最初施行的 10 0例白内障超声乳化手术中 ,并发症发生的有关情况。结果 最常见的并发症是角膜水肿 (2 3% )、虹膜损伤 (16 % )、后囊破裂 (15 % )。发生并发症的原因是技术不熟练、操作不当。结论 充分了解并发症的易发因素和预防方法 ,提高并发症的处理能力 。

Objective To analyze the incidence and related risk factors of the complications of phacoemulsification during the transition period,and explore the prevention and management methods.Methods The complications of the first 100 cases of phacoemulsifi cation were reviewed.Results The main complications were corneal edema (23%), iris injury (16%) and posterior capsule rupture (15%). Most of the complications were caused by the poor technique and the inappropriate management.Conclusion Better understanding of the causes and prophylactic approaches of the complications and improvement of management ability are very important for a safe period of transition.
