探讨阴道镜在诊断早期宫颈癌及癌前病变中的临床应用价值 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨阴道镜诊断早期宫颈癌与癌前病变的价值。方法选择行阴道镜下活检患者428例,每一患者均行阴道镜和病理组织学检查。结果阴道镜诊断早期宫颈癌和癌前病变的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为90%(81/90),93.8%(317/338),79.4%(81/102),97.2%(317/326)。结论阴道镜诊断早期宫颈癌和癌前病变特异度及灵敏度高,有很高的临床应用价值。
