摘要
3PE防腐管道涂敷工艺参数直接影响到防腐管质量、材料的消耗和生产速度,涂敷工艺参数的确定是涂敷生产的核心工作。本文基于防腐厂3PE防腐管道涂敷作业线结构和生产设备型号,就生产线钢管螺距、传动轮偏转角度、生产线速度、FBE喷涂参数、胶粘剂挤出机参数和聚乙烯挤出机参数的调试以及计算方法进行了研究和实际验证,总结出了各参数的计算公式,对3PE防腐管道涂敷生产可起到指导作用。
3PE coating process parameters affect the anticorrosion pipe quality, consumption of material and speed of production, determine the coating process parameters is the core work of coating production. Based on author of preservative plant 3PE anticorrosion pipeline operating line structures and device models, the pitch of pipe, deflection angle of drive wheel, the operating line speed, FBE coating parameters, commissioning and calculation methods extruder parameters were studied and the actual validation summary the formula for calculating the parameters of 3PE anticorrosion pipe coating production may play a guiding role.
