摘要
目的 :测定关木通及其制剂中马兜铃酸A的含量。方法 :薄层扫描反射锯齿法 ,λ =32 3nm ,狭缝 :0 .4× 0 .4nm ,SX=3。结果 :回收率 99.86 % ,RSD 2 .0 4%。结论 :本法适用于多种含关木通的中成药制剂中马兜铃酸A的含量测定。
Objective:To determine aristolochic acid A. in Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis and its preparation. Methods: TLCS Refleciton Saw Tooth Method was used. λ s=323nm. narrow slot: 0.4×0.4nm S X=3.Results: The recovery was 99.86%. RSD was 2.04%. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the content determination of aristolochiae acid A in various traditional Chinese medicine comprising Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis.
