随着全国事业单位分类改革和全面深化改革,商业性地勘事业单位的改革转型已经成为必然趋势,同时也一定会遇到阻力和困难。作者从一个政工宣传人员的角度,根据国家的政策要求,结合商业性地勘事业单位的发展现状,提出观点和建议,从4个方面加强宣传引导,营造良好的舆论环境,以促进商业性地勘事业单位改革转型发展。

Along with the national wide classification reform and comprehensively deepening reform of the public institutions, it has become an inevitable trend for the commercial geological exploration institutions to reform and transform. Undoubtedly, they will also encounter obstructions and difficulties. From the view of a propagandist, the author proposed the perception and relevant suggestions to promote the reform and transformation of the commercial public geological institutions based on the national policy in combination with the current situation of the geological exploration. The author focuses on four aspects to create good environment for public opinion in order to develop the transformation and reform of the geological public institutions.
