复方双嘧达莫缓释片中双嘧达莫与阿司匹林含量的RP-HPLC测定

RP-HPLC Determination for Extended Release Dipyridamole and Aspirin Compound

采用 Kromasil- C1 8色谱柱 ,甲醇 - 0 .1%磷酸二氢钠 (用 1∶ 3磷酸调 p H至 4.6 ) (3∶ 1)为流动相测定复方制剂中双嘧达莫和阿司匹林含量。U V检测波长为 2 35 nm。不经提取分离 ,溶解后直接进样检测。方法平均回收率为双嘧达莫 10 1.74% ,RSD为 1.2 7% ;阿司匹林 10 1.76 % ,RSD为 1.30 %。

A RP HPLC method for the determination of an extended release compound preparation of dipyridamole and aspirin was developed. Kromasil C 18 column was used with methanol 0.1% sodium dihydrogen phosphate (pH was adjusted to 4.6 with 1∶3 phosphoric acid) (3∶1) as the mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 235 nm. The average recoveries for dipyridamole and aspirin were 101.74% with RSD 1.27% and 101.76% with RSD 1.30%, respectively.
