摘要
目的探讨脐动脉收缩期血流峰值 (S)与舒张末期血流速度 (D)的比值 (S/D)对预测胎儿宫内缺氧的临床价值。方法应用多普勒测定 2 38例待产孕妇的脐动脉血流速度 ,据S/D值分为正常组 (S/D <3)和异常组(S/D≥ 3) ,对两组的胎儿宫内缺氧情况进行比较分析。结果异常组的羊水粪染、羊水过少、脐带异常、新生儿窒息及胎儿宫内发育迟缓的发生率较正常组明显增高 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论脐动脉S/D值的测定可帮助了解胎儿在宫内缺氧的程度 ,是一种值得推广的无创伤性胎儿监护方法。
Objective This paper is to investigate the ratio of the systolic peak value and the end-diastolic velocity of blood flow (S/D value) and its clinical value, which can predict fetal anoxia.Method The velocity of blood flow through umbilical artery of 238 predelivery pregnant women was detected by utilizing Doppler bloodflow monitor. All cases were divided into two groups as the normal(S/D<3) and the abnormal group(S/D≥3) according to the differences of the S/D values, and the states of fetal anoxia between these two groups were compared and analyzed.Result The incidences of amniotic fluid contamined with meconium, hypamnion, abnormality of umbilical cord, asphyxia neonatorum and intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR) in the abnormal group were much higher than those in the normal group, and there were significant differences between the two groups( P <0.05).Conclusion The determination of S/D value of blood flow through umbilical artery is helpful for judging the degree of fetal anoxia and is also a noninvasive method of fetal montitor, which is worth popularizing.
