美国高等院校教练员教育现状分析 被引量:7

摘要 采用文献资料法等,从教练员教育计划的培养目标、招生入学要求、学习形式和学制、课程设置、职业资格认证等方面分析美国高校教练员辅修计划、主修计划和研究生学位计划的特点,为我国教练员学历教育提供有益借鉴。
