回顾东北四省区节水增粮行动项目水资源论证工作的重点环节,总结工作成效和经验,提出项目水资源管理措施,落实最严格水资源管理制度,保障项目可持续发展。

A review has been conducted to the achievements and working experiences of four provinces in Northeast China in water resources assessment with implementation of Project of Saving Water and Increasing Grain Yield. In order to ensure sustainable development of the project, focus should be placed on project water management measures and the implementation of the most strict water management system.
