考虑节水增粮行动项目的吉林西部区域地下水均衡研究

摘要 为弥补吉林省西部地下水资源局部论证的不足,体现局部论证与区域整体论证相结合的原则,对吉林西部地区区域地下水资源进行整体论证。根据东北四省区节水增粮行动项目在该地区的具体规划实施情况,应用地下水水流数值模拟技术和GMS软件对该地区在实施节水增粮行动之后的地下水均衡状况作出评价。结果表明,相对于现状地下水开采条件而言,在实施节水增粮行动项目后,该地区地下水虽然仍处于负均衡状态,但是状态已有所缓和,说明节水增粮行动的实施不会造成吉林西部地区地下水水位的进一步下降,反而对缓解该地区地下水的超采情况有所帮助。 An overall assessment has been made to groundwater resources in western part of Jilin Province, in accordance with the principle of combining local assessment with regional efforts so as to maximize the role of local assessment. According to the planning of Project of Saving Water and Increasing Grain Yield and its implementation, an assessment is conducted on groundwater balance by means of water flow numerical simulation technology and GMS software. The result shows that deficit is still existed with the implementation of the project but the speed of groundwater decline has been slowed down. This proves that the project will not cause further reduction of groundwater level but can help the area to overcome the problem of over-exploitation of groundwater.
