Path to Enhance the Standard of Housekeeping Service Industry: Ningbo Empirical Study

当前,宁波市家政服务需求旺盛,服务内容呈现多样化和专业化的发展趋势,公共网络(电话)服务平台也为家庭更便捷地获取家政服务创造了条件。但在家政服务行业中还存在管理不规范、人员素质不高和职业认可度偏低等问题,从而导致家政服务满意度不高,制约了家政服务行业发展。由此,提出推动家政服务地方立法工作、推进家政服务行业规范化建设、提高职业社会认可度和培育成熟的家政服务市场等建议。

At present, housekeeping service in Ningbo shows strong demand and the service contents present diversification andspecialization trends.Public networks （telephone） service platform creates the conditions for easier access to housekeeping serv -ice by families.However, issues of management irregularity, low quality of personnel, and low professional recognition existing inthe housekeeping service industry, result in low satisfaction of housekeeping service and restrict its development .Thus, it proposesrecommendations of promoting local legislation and constructing industry standardization , improving profession social recognitionand cultivating mature housekeeping service market .
