摘要
根据马斯洛的需求层次理论,阐述企业在发展进程中企业内部的各种关系,员工与企业发展的关系,满足员工自我实现与企业文化建设的关系、与企业履行社会责任的关系,并提出满足员工自我实现需要的举措,实现企业和员工的互利共赢。
According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory , this paper describes various internal relationships during corporate development process , e.g.between employees and cooperate development , between employee self-realization and corporate cul-ture development and fulfilling social responsibility .It further proposes initiatives to meet the needs of employee self-realization to achieve mutual benefit between corporate and employees .
