我国高职院校教学团队建设尚处于起步阶段,而教学团队建设成功与否直接影响学校未来的发展,其重要性不言而喻。文章立足于我国高职院校教学团队建设背景,总结国家级教学团队建设的成功实践经验,从多角度提出保障高职院教学团队建设良性发展的长效建设机制,从而促进高水平师资队伍建设,为提升高职院校核心竞争力奠定坚实的基础。

A successful teaching team contributes greatly to the future development of a higher vocational college .However , the construction of the college teaching teams is still at its early stage with a long way to go .This paper , based on the present situa-tion of teaching team construction in higher vocational colleges , summarizes the successful construction experience of state-level teaching teams and proposes a long-term mechanism, which can guarantee the sound progress of the teaching team construction , promotes the growth of excellent teachers , and lays solid foundation for enhancing the core competitiveness of a higher vocational college.
