欧洲应用科技大学的科学研究及启示

Research Activities and Implications of European Universities of Applied Sciences

过去几十年来应用科技大学的办学模式在西欧的高等教育系统中占据了主导地位。这些大学强调以专业实践为导向的知识和技能,开展以应用为导向的科学研究。多数欧洲国家对于应用科技大学开展科学研究进行了授权;研究所的科研经费主要来源于产学研合作的项目契约经费,部分来源于联邦和地方政府的拨款。应用科技大学的实验室既是从事科研的场所,也是培养高水平应用人才的实践基地。我国新建地方本科高校应借鉴欧洲应用科技大学的经验,确立自身发展定位,努力开展产学研合作项目,以应用为导向实施教学和科研,为地方经济发展培养更多的技术技能型人才。

In the past decades , university of applied sciences （ UAS） has been the dominant development model in western Euro-pean higher education system .UAS emphasize on acquiring knowledge and techniques for students , and focus on professional practice.In most European countries , UAS have been granted the right of developing research activities which are mostly applied research.Research funding comes mainly from industrial projects and partly from the federal and local governments .Laboratories in UAS are not only places for doing experiments , but also bases for cultivating advanced technical talents .Local undergraduate universities in China can learn from European UAS , choose their own directions , cooperate more with the local companies , con-duct applied teaching and research ,and cultivate more technical talents for the local economy .
