摘要
针对我国目前的招投标市场现状,分析了建设工程招投标过程中存在的违规操作行为,提出了解决问题的有效措施,旨在进一步强化工程招投标的规范性,促进建筑行业的和谐稳定发展。
According to the present situation of our bidding market, this paper analyzed the illegal operation behavior in project bidding process, and put forward some effective measures to solve the problem, in order to further strengthen the standard of project bidding, promoted the harmonious and stable development of construction industry.
