基于对电子评标的认识,探讨了相比纸质评标电子评标所具有的优势,并结合电子评标在山西省的应用现状,提出了其在推广过程中存在的问题和不足,最后指出电子评标作为一项有利于招标事业健康发展的全新评标模式,具有广泛的发展前景。

Based on the understanding of electronic bid evaluation, this paper discussed the advantages of electronic bid evaluation compared to paper bid evaluation, and combining with the application status of electronic bid evaluation in Shanxi, put forward the existing problems and shortcomings in promotion process, finally pointed out the electronic bid evaluation as a new bid evaluation mode conducive to bidding calibration healthy development, had broad development prospects.
