From the macroscopic and microscopic two aspects, this paper analyzed the problems of domestic highway, combining with the present situation of highway construction technology management, proposed the way to improve the highway construction technology level, and pointed out that strengthening the highway construction technology management had great significance role to ensure projects quality, win economic benefits, promote the development of traffic cause.
