180例老年腔隙性脑梗塞的CT诊断分析

180 Aged Patients with Lacunal Cerebral Infarcts Analysis of CT Findings

目的 :分析老年腔隙性脑梗塞的CT表现 ,探讨其大小、位置与时间上的关系。方法 :对 180例老年病人行CT平扫 ,采用感兴趣区局部放大技术。对于CT检查阳性而临床无症状者 ,跟踪观察。结果 :CT检查阳性而临床无症状者 ,1- 3月后 77% (37/ 48)出现临床症状。结论 :老年腔隙性脑梗塞的CT表现多种多样 ,正确认识区别此种CT表现 。

Objective: To discuss the relation between CT finding and clinical symptoms of lacunal cerebral infarcts in aged patients.Methods:Non-contrast CT scans were performed in 180 cases and interesting regions were magnified.Follow-up studies were for those who had postive CT findings but no clinical symptoms.Results: 77%(37/48) patients who had postive CT findings but no clinical symptoms began to have clinical symptoms after 1 to 3 month follow-up.Conclusion: Lacunal cerebral infarts in aged men have variety of CT findings.A right recognization of these CT findings is helpful to clinical therapy.\;
