胫骨骨折内外侧接骨板疗效对比分析

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Inner and Outer Side Plates on the Treatment of Tibial Fractures

目的 :对胫骨前内侧接骨板和胫骨前外侧接骨板治疗胫骨骨折的骨折愈合时间和切口愈合时间进行对比研究。方法 :2 0 5例胫骨骨折 ,其中 (1992年 2月至 1996年 1月 )共 96例采用前内侧接骨板进行治疗 ,为前内侧组 ;(1996年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 6月 )共 10 9例采用前外侧接骨板进行治疗 ,为前外侧组。结果 :前内侧组骨折平均愈合时间优良率 6 7% ,切口平均愈合时间优良率6 4 % ;前外侧组骨折平均愈合时间优良率 98% ,切口平均愈合时间优良率 97%。结论

Objective:To investigate the advantages of outer sdie plates to compare with inner side plates in the treatment of tibial fractures.Methods:A total of 205 cases with tibial fractures were treated with plates internal fixation.Of them,96 cases (from Feb 1992 to Jan.1996)were treated by inner side plates.They were named 'inner side group'.109 cases (from Jan.1996 to Jun.2000)were treated by outer side plates.They were named'outer side group'.Result: For fracture healing,67% of patients achieved good and excellent results in the inner side group.For incision healing,the rate of excellent and good results was 64% in the inner side group.In the outer side group,the excellent and good results' rate of fracture healing was 98% and the excellent and good results' rate of incision healing was 97%.Conclusions: The outer group had superior results with respect to inner side group.\;
