心理社会因素、幽门螺杆菌与十二指肠溃疡之相关研究

目的 :探讨幽门螺杆菌 (HP)、心理社会因素与十二指肠溃疡 (DU)发病的关系。方法 :应用明尼苏达多相人格调查问卷 (MMPI)对经过胃镜及幽门螺杆菌检测确诊的HP阳性的DU患者 36人 ,HP阴性的DU患者 2 2人及正常对照组 5 5人进行测定。结果 :HP(- )组抑郁量表T分别高于HP(+)组及正常对照组 ,而HP(+)组与正常对照组之间各量表T分经统计处理无差异。结论 :HP感染可能是部分DU发病的原因 。

Objective:To explore the interrelation among Helicobacter Pylori(HP)、psychologicial factors and duodenal ulcer (DU).Methods:113 persons are surveyed according to MMPI questionnarre.Among 113 persons,there are 36 patients with HP(+) and DU (diagnosed definitely by gastrocope and laboratory examination),22 DU patients with HP(-) and 55 persons as normal control group.Results:The depressive table T score of HP(-) group is apparently more than that of normal control group,but there is no statistiocal difference between HP(+) group and normal control group.Conclusions:HP infection may partly be the cause of DU,but DU patients with no HP infection have possiblely close relations to depressine obstecle.\;
