摘要
目的 :探讨窒息新生儿甲状腺激素的变化及之间的关系。方法 :对 5 3例窒息新生儿根据窒息的严重程度分为轻度窒息组、重度窒息组 ,同时设对照组。采用放射免疫法测定血清甲状腺激素。结果 :窒息新生儿中血清T3 、FT3 均值均低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。但血清T4 、FT4 无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。且重度窒息血清T3 、FT3 、T4 、FT4 与轻度窒息组比较也无明显差异。T3 与FT3 之间呈正相关系 (r=0 .5 6 70 ,n =5 3)。本组病例以低T3 综合症为多见 ,轻度窒息组、重度窒息组其发生率分别为 37.7%、2 8.3% ,其次为低甲状腺素血症 ,高T4 综合症。结论 :窒息新生儿甲状腺激素的变化与窒息的严重程度密切相关 ,窒息越重变化越明显 。
Objective: In order to inquire the changes of suffocative newborn thyroid hormone and their relationship.Method:According to the light and heavy suffocation degress of fifty-three suffocative newborn,they are divided into mild suffocation group,heavy suffocation group,at the same time,control groups are set up.Determine blood serum thyroid hormone by the way of radio-immunity.Result:The average values of T 3 and FT 3 of suffocation newborns' blood serum are both below those of the control group (P<0.01).But T 4 and FT 4 of blood serum have no distinct differences (P>0.05).And between the heavy suffocati group and the mild suffocati group,T 3、FT 3、T 4 and FT 4 of blood serum also have no distinct differences.T 3 and FT 3 are positive relative (r=0.5670,n=53).In this group,cases of low T 3 syndrome are very common.The incidence rates of the mild suffocation group and heavy suffocation group are 37.7% and 28.3% respectively.The second common cases are low thyroid hormone blood sign and high T 4 syndrome.Conclusion :The changes of suffocation newborn thyroid hormone are closely related to suffocation degrees.The more serious the suffocation is ,the clearer the change is.It can be regarded as an index of judging illness degrees and prevention.\;
