经皮穿刺L_5～S_1间盘髓核摘除术后外侧入路应用解剖学研究

Applied Anatomy of the Resection of Nucleus Pulposus of L_5～S_1 Intervertebral Disc by Percutaneous Puncture at the Posterolateral Approach

目的 为经皮穿刺L5～S1椎间盘髓核摘除术后外侧入路提供解剖学依据。方法 用 16例成人脊柱 (包括骨盆 )标本 ,对L5～S1间盘厚度、横径以及骨孔的上下径进行了观测。结果 (1)测得间盘靶区横径为 (8.0± 1.3)mm。 (2 )骨孔的上下径为 (8.8± 1.4)mm ,上部横径为 (8.3± 1.1)mm ,下部横径为 (4 .4± 0 .5 )mm。

Objective To provide the anatomic basis for the resection of nucleus pulposus of L 5～S 1 intervertebral disc by percutaneous puncture at the posterolateral approach. Methods The thickness and the transverse diameter of L 5～S 1 inter vertebral disc and the vertical diameter of the bone hole were measured on 16 sides of adult spine (including pelves). Result (1) The transverse diameter of the target area of L 5～S 1 intervertebral disc was (8.0±1.3)mm. (2) The vertical diameter of the bone hole was (8.8±1.4)mm. the transverse diameter of the upper part was (8.3±1.1)mm and that of the lower part (4.4± 0.5)mm. Conclusion These anatomy measured results have instructive significance for the resection of nucleus pulposus of L 5～S 1 intervertebral disc by percutaneous puncture at the posterolateral approach.
