枕颈CD内固定在枕颈融合术中的应用

CD Rod of Occipital-Cervical Internal Fixation System in Occipital-Cervical Fusion

目的 研究枕颈CD内固定在枕颈融合术中的价值和作用。方法 对 13例上颈椎不稳患者行枕颈部植骨融合 ,并采用枕颈CD内固定。男性 11例 ,女性 2例。年龄 18～ 5 6岁 ,平均 35岁。结果 13例均获随访 5～ 2 0个月 ,平均 10个月。所有病例植骨均完全愈合 ,无 1例发生钢板、螺钉松动、断裂等并发症。结论 枕颈CD系统操作简单 ,可提供有效的固定节段稳定性 ,适用于各种原因引起的上颈椎不稳的治疗。

Objective To study and evaluate the application of CD in occipital-cervical surgery. Method Thirteen cases with upper cervical instability were treated with bone grafting and CD rod of internal fixation system. There were 11 men and 2 women. The patient's age ranged from 18 to 56 years, with an average of 35 years. Result Thirteen cases were followed-up from 5 to 20 months. With an average of 10 months. Complete fusion of bone graft were observed in all cases with no obvious complication of hardware fixation. There was no loosening of the plates and the screws. Conclusion CD rod can provide reliable stability for the fixation segments. It is suitable for the treatment of upper cervical instability.
