应用秩和比法对护理工作的综合评价

To Evaluate Nursing Work Comprehensively by Using RSR

目的 对我院 1999年临床科室护理工作做横向综合评价。方法 将护理工作指标分为工作质量指标和工作效率指标两大类 ,应用秩和比法进行指标运算 ,并做出准确评价。结果 显示我院护理工作本年度综合评价为“良”。结论 提示医院在抓好护理工作效率的同时 ,必须重视抓好护理工作质量 ,将两者有机地结合起来 ,才能充分调动护理人员工作的积极性。

Objective comprehensively and transversely evaluate clinical nursing work in 1999. Method to classify indexes of nursing work into two categories such as index of work quality and index of work efficiency. To operate those indexes by using RSR and afterwards give an exact evaluation. Result the comprehensive evaluation of nursing work is good. Conclusion It is suggested that a hospital must attach importance to not only the efficiency of nursing work but also the quality of it. Thus the enthusiasm of nurses could be activated.
