差示分光光度法测定新速效感冒胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚的含量

目的:建立测定新速效感冒胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚含量的方法。方法:采用差示分光光度法。结果:平均回收率为98.4％,RSD1.2％。结论:本法简易,快速,准确。

objective: The content of Paracetamol in the capsules was determined. Methods: The method of differential spectrophptometry was used. Results; The average recorary and RSD were 98.4%, and 1. 2%respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple,fast and accurate.
