摘要
目的:用紫外分光光度法测定司帕沙星片中司帕沙星的含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定,用 0.1mol.L^(-1)盐酸溶液作溶剂,测定波长为298nm。结果:司帕沙星浓度在2~ 12μg·ml^(-1)范围内吸收度与溶液浓度呈线性关系(r=0.9998,n=6),平均回收率为99.86%,RSD为0.5%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便,快速,准确。
Pbjectve:To establish a simple method for determination of sparfloxacin in sparfloxacin tablet. Methods:sparfloxacin was determined in 0. 1mol. L-1 hydrochloric acid solution by ultraviolet spec-trophotometry. The wavelength of detection was 298nm. Results: The sparfloxacin concentratiom was linear within the range of 2-12μg. ml-1(r = 0. 9998,n = 6). The average recovery was 99. 86% with RSD 0. 49%(n=5). Conclusions:The method is simple,quick and accurate.
