我国证券市场十几年的迅速发展 ,对促进国有企业改革和市场经济体制的建立起到了重要作用。但企业债券市场的发展滞后于股票市场 ,对证券市场的健康发展带来了不利影响。为此 ,本文分析了目前我国企业债券市场发展滞后的原因 ,同时有针对性地提出了促进企业债券市场发展的主要对策。

More than ten years'fast development of securities market of our country has contributed a lot to the reform of state enterprises and construction of market economic system.But the development of debenture market falls behind that of stock market,thus brings unfavorable influence on healthy development of Securities market.So,this article analyzes the reasons for sluggiush development of our enterprises at present,and brings out some main counter measures to promote the development of debenture market.
