骨髓微环境介导的白血病耐药机制及靶向治疗 被引量:3

摘要 临床上对白血病的化学治疗取得了长足进展,使患者的无病生存(DFS)率得到显著提高.但由于骨髓中微小残留病(MRD)的存在,多数白血病患者面临复发风险.骨髓微环境,可“庇护”白血病细胞免于传统化疗药物诱导的细胞凋亡,从而使其获得耐药表型并进一步形成MRD.目前多项研究证实,以骨髓微环境与白血病细胞相互作用轴为目标的靶向治疗,可打破骨髓微环境对于白血病细胞的“庇护”作用,而使其对传统化疗药物重新敏感.笔者拟就骨髓微环境介导的白血病耐药机制及以此为目标的靶向治疗进行综述.
