人类T细胞白血病病毒-1相关成年人T细胞白血病/淋巴瘤的治疗进展

摘要 成年人T细胞白血病/淋巴瘤（ATL）是一种与人类T细胞白血病病毒（HTLV）-1相关的外周T淋巴细胞恶性肿瘤.随着对ATL发病机制揭示与明确,对其治疗方法不断改进,临床疗效亦得到相应提高.笔者主要就HTLV-1相关ATL的临床特征与治疗策略的研究进展综述如下.
