Notch信号通路在多发性骨髓瘤发病中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 Notch信号通路是介导细胞与细胞之间直接接触的主要信号通路之一,也是造血微环境调节造血细胞增殖、分化的重要信号通路.Notch信号通路与多种血液系统恶性肿瘤的发生有关,其通过调节目的基因的转录,从而调控血液系统恶性肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡.Notch信号通路参与包括多发性骨髓瘤(MM)在内的多种肿瘤的发生发展过程,且是影响肿瘤侵袭、耐药的关键因素.近年来,通过靶向触发MM细胞与骨髓微环境的信号转导途径,以阻断MM细胞的生长、耐药和迁移已成为研究热点.笔者拟就Notch信号通路在MM发病中作用的研究进展进行综述如下.
