Notch信号通路与血液肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要 Notch信号通路作为一种生物进化过程中高度保守的信号通路,在多种正常组织或细胞中通过调节细胞分化、存活、增殖发挥重要作用,对其异常调控与肿瘤发生发展关系的研究日益受到重视.笔者拟就Notch信号通路与血液肿瘤关系的研究进展进行综述.
