农村基层农业科技工作者的职业忠诚研究——基于湖北省10县(市)730份问卷的调查

Sociological Research on Professional Loyalty of Rural Agri-science Workers:A Survey on Ten Counties of Hubei Province

以湖北省十个县(市)农村基层农业科技工作者的实证调查数据为基础,以湖北省农村"以钱养事"的制度改革为结构背景,对农村基层农业科技工作者的职业忠诚状况进行实证研究,分析了其职业忠诚的现状,揭示了影响其职业忠诚的因素。研究表明:近一半的农业科技工作者对职业具有不忠诚性,在没有计划更换职业或单位的职业忠诚者中,部分农业科技工作者对工作热情不高,投入不大,缺乏对农业科技工作的实质忠诚,他们对基层农业科技工作仅仅具有形式意义上的忠诚。在对影响农业科技工作者职业忠诚因素考察中发现,控制年龄和性别的因素后,教育水平、职称、家庭经济状况、家人对职业的支持、专业特长发挥、参加培训情况以及养老顾虑对农业科技工作者的职业忠诚具有显著性影响。

With the data collected from the survey on rural agri-science workers in ten counties and cities of Hubei Province,and under the background of the reform of'More Achievement with More Funding',the professional loyalty of rural agri-science workers was empirically investigated.Their loyalty status was analyzed and the influencing factors on their loyalty were revealed.The result showed that nearly half of the rural agri-science workers displayed disloyalty and those'loyal'workers temporarily without intention to switch to other profession or work units showed inadequate enthusiasm or input into their endeavors and became external rather than internal loyal workers.The investigation on the influencing factors on their disloyalties showed that with age and sex factors being controlled,education background,professional titles,family economic status,family support for their profession,professional expertise,in-service training and old-age pension anxiety exerted more influence on the professional loyalty of rural agri-science workers.
