传统农区农户土地转出行为影响因素分析

Impact Factors for Farmers′ Behavior of Transacting Farmland in Traditional Agricultural Area

以河南省N县作为传统农区的典型代表地区,分析传统农区农户土地转出行为的影响因素,旨在为推动农户土地流转行为提供借鉴。以发放问卷收集数据为基础,通过运用Logistic模型对影响农户土地转出行为的因素进行了分析。结果显示,传统农区农户土地转出的总体意愿不高。其中,被调查者的年龄、家庭劳动力人数、家庭收入情况和社会保障水平等因素对农户土地转出的影响显著。研究表明,年龄越大的农户,转出土地的意愿越弱;家庭劳动力人数越多、家庭收入越高、社会保障水平越高,则农户转出土地的意愿越强。

To provide references to promoting land outflow,the present paper studied farmers′ behavior of transacting farmland based on N County of Henan Province as a representative of traditional agriculture area.The Logistic model was used to analyze the influencing factors of farmers′ willingness of transacting farmland on the basis of a questionnaire.The research findings showed that the farmers′ willingness of transacting farmland was not high.The factors such as the age of the respondents,the number of family laborers,the family income and the level of social security exerted significant influences.The results also showed that the older the subjects who were investigated,the weaker their willingness of transacting farmland,and that the larger the number of family laborers,the higher the family income and social security level,the stronger the farmers′ willingness of transacting farmland.
