综合疗法用于治疗顽固性高血压效果观察

Effect observation of comprehensive therapy for treatment of resistant hypertension

目的观察综合疗法用于治疗顽固性高血压的临床效果。方法被试对象100例,实施药物治疗+生活方式干预+穴位埋线综合疗法,治疗4周后进行疗效评定,对治疗前后的血压情况进行比较,数据进行统计学处理(t检验)。结果综合疗法实施前后,患者的收缩压与舒张压下降幅度均具有非常显著性差异(均P<0.01)。结论对于顽固性的高血压实施综合治疗可收到良好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of comprehensive therapy for the treatment of resistant hypertension. Methods One hundred subjects received comprehensive treatment of drug therapy＋lifestyle intervention＋acupoint catgut implantation. The efficacy was evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment. The blood pressure before and after treatment was compared. The data received statistical treatment（t test）. Results Between before and after the implementation of comprehensive treatment, the patients＆#39; systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly different（P ＆lt; 0.01 for all）. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive treatment for resistant hypertension can obtain good treatment effects.
