儿童过敏性紫癜236例临床特征与护理体会

Clinical feature of 236 pediatric allergic purpura patients and their nursing experiences

目的：观察并总结儿童过敏性紫癜的护理效果。方法对2011年1月～2012年12月在我院儿科住院的过敏性紫癜患儿236例的临床资料和护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果236例患儿中219例好转痊愈，治愈率92.80%，17例复发，未见并发症发生。结论心理疏导、预防感染、饮食管理等是护理该病的重点，能有效防止复发和并发症发生。

Objective To observe and summarize nursing care of children allergic purpura. Methods The clinical data and nursing experience were analyzed retrospectively for 236 children allergic purpura from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital. Results The cure rate was 92.80%for these 236 individuals. Although there was 17 patients who recurred,no one developed complications. Conclusion It is very important of psychological counseling, prevention of infection and dietary management for prevention of recurrence and complication of henoch-schnlein purpura.
