围绝经期心理健康的护理分析

Nursing analysis of perimenopausal psychological health

目的：探讨围绝经期心理健康的护理。方法本次选择100例围绝经期存在心理问题的患者作研究对象，均为我院2012年9月～2013年9月收治，采用数字表抽取法随机分组，就常规护理（对照组，n=50）与针对性心理健康护理（观察组，n=50）效果进行比较。结果干预后在日常生活能力、社会活动情况、抑郁心理状况、焦虑心理状况四方面观察组患者的生活质量评分分别为（24.6±1.4）、（12.3±70.9）、（14.2±0.9）、（11.8±1.3），对照组分别为（40.7±1.2）、（20.7±0.4）、（26.2±0.7）、（23.9±0.4），比较可知，观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论加强围绝经期妇女心理健康护理，可显著提高生活质量，减轻负性情绪，具有非常重要的实施价值。

Objective To investigate the nursing of perimenopausal psychological health. Methods One hundred patients with perimenopausal psychological problems admitted to our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups using the randomization number table extraction method. The effects of conventional nursing（control group, n=50） and specific psychological health nursing（observation group, n=50） were compared. Results In the observation group, the quality of life scores in activities of daily living, social activities, psychological state of depression, and psychological state of anxiety were （24.6±1.4）, （12.3±70.9）, （14.2±0.9） and （11.8±1.3） respectively. In the control group, the scores were （40.7±1.2）, （20.7±0.4）, （26.2±0.7） and （23.9±0.4） respectively. The observation group was significantly better than the control group, with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening psychological health nursing for perimenopausal women can significantly improve their quality of life and reduce negative emotions, which is very important practice value.
