头孢美唑治疗妇产科患者感染疗效观察

Efficacy of cefmetazole sodium in treatment of infections in department of obstetrics and gynecology

目的：探讨头孢美唑治疗妇产科患者感染的疗效，以及相关抗菌药物选用的注意事项与疗效。方法选取2010年5月-2012年5月收治的妇科盆腔手术以及剖宫产术的患者共120例，将其随机分为对照组60例，手术过程按照常规方法进行，全过程中主要采用静脉滴注平衡液进行维持，手术结束后给予静脉滴注头孢美唑进行抗感染治疗；观察组60例，在手术开始及手术结束后的12 h均给予头孢美唑进行预防治疗，剂量为1～2 g ，手术后观察两组患者感染的主要情况及预防效果。结果观察组患者术后感染率远低于对照组，观察组感染3例感染率为5．0％，对照组感染7例感染率为11．7％，手术时间观察组为（35．25±3．17）min ，对照组为（36．77±3．42） min ，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论在妇科手术开展的过程中，静脉滴注头孢美唑对预防感染具有较好的效果，它可帮助患者实现更好的恢复，并减少各类并发症。

OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy of cefmetazole sodium in treatment of infections in patients of department of obstetrics and gynecology and pay attention to the precautions for the use of antibiotics .METHODS A total of 120 patients who underwent the gynecological pelvic surgery and cesareans section from May 2010 to May 2012 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the control group with 60 cases and the observation group with 60 cases , then the control group was treated with routine method , the intravenous infusion of equilibrium solution was performed for maintenance during the whole process ,and the cefmetazole sodium was used intravenously for treatment of infections at the end of surgery ;the treatment group was given the cefmetazole sodium for prophylactic treatment at the beginning of the surgery or 12 hours after the surgery ,with the dose from 1g to 2g ;the incidence of postoperative infections and the clinical effect on prevention of infections were observed and compared between the two groups .RESULTS The incidence of postoperative infections was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group ;the infections occurred in 3 cases in the observation group with the infection rate of 5 .0% and in 7 cases in the control group with the infection rate of 11 .7% .The operation duration was （35 .25 ± 3 .17）min in the observation group ,（36 .77 ± 3 .42）min in the control group ,the differences between the two groups were significant （P〈 0 .05） .CONCLUSIONS The intravenous infusion of cefmetazole sodium can achieve good effect on prevention of infections during the gynecological surgery ,promote the recoveries of the patients ,and reduce the incidence of complications .
